This website is operated by MerryMeow. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MerryMeow. 1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions
Our cat beds are handmade, so small variations in color, size and in the placement of pom-poms and ornaments are normal and make every piece unique. Product images are for illustration; accessories shown in photos (such as mats, cats or decorations) are not included unless stated. We try to display colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show them exactly.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

6. Optional add-ons

Always supervise your pet when introducing a new bed. Remove any loose pom-pom or small decorative part if your pet chews it. MerryMeow is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerryMeow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
